I just made the slow cooker quinoa enchilada casserole. I mistakenly purchased one can og green chilis enchilada sauce and one of the red. It was still delicious! My husband added the ground turkey taco meat that i had prepared to his. I put each serving into a half of a baked spagetti squash. It was delicious!
The green enchilada sauce is a delicious mistake! I might use 1 can of the green & 1 can of the red sauce next time myself! I’m so happy you and your husband enjoyed the recipe!
