The prices at the grocery store keep climbing these days. Finding ways to save money typically starts with the grocery bill, so I have put together a collection of Budget Friendly Vegetarian Meals that are easy on the wallet, flavorful and filling!
All of these recipes use standard staple pantry ingredients such as beans, legumes and pasta. The vegetables are not hard to find any time of year such as potatoes, celery, onions and so on. As for the price per meal, that will fluctuate based on where you live. However, I live on a budget, and these recipes will not break the bank, and make for great leftovers which gives more bang for your buck. Although a budget looks different among households, I hope there is something for everyone in this recipe collection.

…I found this gem of a video I took back when Marmalade was our foster cat. We had adopted Ranger 1 month prior. Once both Marmalade and Ranger were cleared medically, I started bringing Ranger to visit Marmalade in our foster room. They bonded instantly, and Marmalade started teaching Ranger how to become a cat! Needless to say, Marmalade soon joined our family, and these two continue to show their love through play and cuddles!
