This Goji Nut Power Snack is what happened one day when I got bored in the kitchen. I wanted a healthy snack to pack up for the week, so I ended up putting together this healthy snack with what I had on hand. A power packed combination of dried goji berries, walnuts, almonds, coconut and cinnamon!
I love to make this Goji Nut Power Snack and portion servings in Ziploc snack bags for the week. This snack is is full of healthy ingredients without added sugars. Another bonus, this snack is fast and simple to put together!
I used ingredients I typically have on hand. Feel free to change up the nuts and if you don’t have goji berries, you can use cranberries, raisins, … The options are plentiful!
Goji Nut Power Snack
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried goji berries
- 1 cup roughly chopped walnuts
- 1 cup roughly chopped almonds
- 1 cup toasted shaved coconut
- 1 t ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Enjoy!
