A healthy smoothie filled with coconut milk, pineapple and banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 presliced frozen banana
  • 1 cup diced frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • Optional: Unsweetened flaked coconut to sprinkle on top

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top with flaked coconut (if using).
  • Pour and enjoy!
