Ingredients
1 28-ozcan whole peeled tomatoes
1 10-ozcan diced tomatoes & green chiliesI use Rotel original
1small red onion quartered
2garlic cloves
1jalapenodeveined & deseeded if you want less spicy
1handful of fresh cilantro
1tsugar
1/2tkosher salt
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Serve and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
Notes
Keep in refrigerator for 3 days. The salsa freezes very well. Just defrost in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours ahead of time. If you are not a fan of cilantro, just leave it out.
