Oats and Protein Cereal
Oats in almond milk with nuts, dried fruit and protein powder.
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1/2 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Chopped pecans or nut of you choice
- Dried fruit such as cranberries blueberries, etc.
In a bowl, add the oats and almond milk. Allow to sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add the protein powder to the oats and stir to incorporate.
Stir in the nuts and fruit.
