Carrot Cake Smoothie

A smoothie that has the flavors of a slice of a carrot cake minus the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
  • 1 t ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash of nutmeg
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon & nutmeg.
  • Enjoy!
