Oats in almond milk with nuts, dried fruit and protein powder.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1/2 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Chopped pecans or nut of you choice
  • Dried fruit such as cranberries blueberries, etc.

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the oats and almond milk. Allow to sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Add the protein powder to the oats and stir to incorporate.
  • Stir in the nuts and fruit.
  • Enjoy!
