2 Ingredient Lemon Cake Bars
Just 2 ingredients to make these moist lemon cake bars that are high in taste and low in fat!
Servings: 12 Bars
- 1 16 oz box angel food cake mix
- 1 21 oz can lemon pie filling Also called lemon creme
- Optional: powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 X 13 baking dish.
In a large bowl add the angel food cake mix & lemon pie filling.Stir stir with a spoon or spatula until fully combined, but do not over mix.
Add the batter to the prepared baking dish. Evenly spread out the batter.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly brown around the edges & cooked in the center.
Remove from oven & allow to completely cool for at least 1 to 2 hours.
Optional: Once completely cooled, sift a small amount of powered sugar over the top.
Cut into squares, & enjoy!
