Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour oats into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the peanut butter, honey and brown sugar and stir. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 25-30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and runny. Stir to fully combine.
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl of oats. Stir until the oats are completely and evenly coated.
Evenly spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, stirring once halfway through baking.
Allow to cool before serving. The granola will get crunchy when it is completely cooled.
Store in an airtight container.
