Mini Sour Cream Muffins
Decadent, savory, and melt in your mouth muffins made with just three ingredients!

- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup salted butter softened
- 1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a mini muffin tin.
Pour the flour and butter in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium-low to combine. The mixture will look dry and crumbly.
Add the sour cream and mix on medium to fully combine. The batter will be thick.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and place in each muffin tin.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
