Southwestern BBQ Popcorn
A smoky bbq and buttery popcorn treat!
- 2 3.0- oz package microwave popcorn, popped
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1 cups chipotle peanuts
Pour the popped popcorn into a large bowl (remove the unpopped kernels). Pour the butter, smoked paprika, chili powder & chipotle peanuts over the popcorn. Cover and shake until all of the popcorn is coated and the peanuts are distributed.

Note: I use Simply Salted (no butter) popcorn since butter is added to the popcorn after it is popped.
