Southwestern BBQ Popcorn

A smoky bbq and buttery popcorn treat!

  • 2 3.0- oz package microwave popcorn, popped
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 t smoked paprika
  • 1/2 t chili powder
  • 1 cups chipotle peanuts


  • Pour the popped popcorn into a large bowl (remove the unpopped kernels). Pour the butter, smoked paprika, chili powder & chipotle peanuts over the popcorn. Cover and shake until all of the popcorn is coated and the peanuts are distributed.
  • Enjoy!

Note: I use Simply Salted (no butter) popcorn since butter is added to the popcorn after it is popped.
