A burrito bowl full and simple and easy ingredients with Spicy Avocado Dressing to take it up a notch!

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 15- oz can black beans rinsed & drained
  • 1- pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 2 romaine hearts chopped
  • 1 15- oz can corn drained
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheese Monterey jack, cheddar, etc.
  • Spicy Avocado Dressing


  • Warm the rice and black beans.
  • In each bowl, add the rice, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, corn, and cheese,
  • Add dressing to each bowl.
  • Enjoy!
