Overnight Oats With Kefir
These overnight oats with kefir provide a filling breakfast with the added benefits of kefir and sweetened naturally with fruit!
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup plain kefir
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk plus more to serve if desired
- Optional Toppings: Sliced Banana Chopped Walnuts or Pecans, Ground Cinnamon, Honey or Agave, etc.
Add the oats, kefir, and 1/2 cup almond milk in an airtight container (i.e. mason jar). Stir to combine. Top the container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Once the oats are ready, add more almond milk if you want a thinner consistency. Add the toppings as desired.
