Overnight Oats With Kefir

These overnight oats with kefir provide a filling breakfast with the added benefits of kefir and sweetened naturally with fruit!

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup plain kefir
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk plus more to serve if desired
  • Optional Toppings: Sliced Banana Chopped Walnuts or Pecans, Ground Cinnamon, Honey or Agave, etc.


  • Add the oats, kefir, and 1/2 cup almond milk in an airtight container (i.e. mason jar). Stir to combine. Top the container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Once the oats are ready, add more almond milk if you want a thinner consistency. Add the toppings as desired.
  • Enjoy!
