Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana presliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Note: If you do not have vanilla almond milk, add 1/4 t of pure vanilla extract with plain almond milk.
