Easy Burrito Bowl
A burrito bowl full and simple and easy ingredients with Spicy Avocado Dressing to take it up a notch!

- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 15- oz can black beans rinsed & drained
- 1- pint grape tomatoes halved
- 2 romaine hearts chopped
- 1 15- oz can corn drained
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese Monterey jack, cheddar, etc.
- Spicy Avocado Dressing
Warm the rice and black beans.
In each bowl, add the rice, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, corn, and cheese,
Add dressing to each bowl.
